Gypsy is our first ever Alapaha . It is her great temperament and amazing looks that made us lifetime lovers of the breed. She is Red and White, 19 inches and about 75 lbs. Out of CRK's Willie Diesel(One of the most sought after studs in the breed, At 85 lbs, and 21 inches at the withers, "Mack" is the perfect nickname for him, for that is exactly the type of truck you will feel like you've been hit by)and BEK's Shasty Mac Nasty (A large female who doesn't know the meaning of giving up, a true example of the Alapaha).
Gypsy has been shown in Rare breed dog shows and has consistently been in the Blue.Many times being the first Alapaha the judges and other contestants had ever seen. She has been a true ambassador for the breed. Many of the best looking dogs out there today carry Gypsy in their pedigree.And we will forever strive to carry on her legacy in our breeding program. For she is very loving and extremely loyal. A trait seen in all her decendants
Scarlet: Fawn Merle with blue marble eyes She is 20 inches and 79 lbs. A very athletic female out of BEK's Misty Blue ( a very nice blue merle ) and CRK's Beastie Boy ( an extremely large Brindle male). Scarlet is a house dog and a family favorite. Great with kids and easily handled ,even by our 4 year old daughter.
She has the most drive out of all our dogs and it is carried on in her pups. A definate show stopper with her beautiful eyes and loving ways. She won Best in Group Puppy at 3 months of age at the 2004 Sacramento Super Show put on by Rarities Inc. And later earned her International Championship with IABCA.
